Mike Berman, Board Chair since 2019, has a 40-year career in the Medical Device field. He was President of the Boston Scientific Cardiology Division from 1995-2000. Since 2000 he has been an entrepreneur and investor. He has co-founded 8 companies and invested in and joined the boards of >20 early stage medical device companies.

A 20-year veteran of the Israeli Air Force, Eldad Shemesh served in high-level technical positions, including head of the satellite program. He went on to become VP Engineering for satellite communication company SpaceCom (TSE:SCC), before co-founding CardiacSense in 2012.

For the past 35 years, Daniel Naor led a career centered on strategy, innovation, and technology. He was a Senior VP & General Manager at PepsiCo in the United States and, previously, a partner at McKinsey & Co. in Europe and the United States.

Peter Sugarman has worked in investment banking and private equity for over 40 years, with an emphasis on structuring, tax, and accounting. Since 2009 he has been a partner and chief operating officer of JRJ Group, a London based PE firm, before which he held senior operating roles at Lehman Brothers, Rabobank International and JP Morgan. In addition to Cardiacsense, he serves as chairman of ABEX Capital, and as an NED of iProov. Peter has a MA from Cambridge University

Rani has served as Chairman of Merchavia Holdings since 2015, leading successful investments in breakthrough medical innovations. He also founded TeraLight, one of Israel’s leading renewable energy companies (TASE: TRLT). Rani brings deep expertise in energy project development, M&A, and international finance. Previously, he spent over a decade at Menora Mivtachim Energy Group and served as CEO of Tamir-Fishman Investments. He holds degrees from Tel Aviv University and Bar-Ilan University.

A senior executive with 40 years of experience in the global sporting goods industry, bringing deep expertise in strategic partnerships, leadership, and business development. Served 20 years as Managing Director of adidas Israel and as a member of the adidas Emerging Markets Senior Leadership Team, following earlier roles as General Manager in a family-owned multi-brand sports organization.
